We are an Artisan coffee farm located in the mountains of Boquete at 5,000 feet. Our coffee is shade grown in volcanic soil using only natural fertilizers. Our Blend consists of Caturre, Catuaia and Pacamamara, and we also offer world-renowned Geisha.
Our Artisan techniques consist of hand processing through every stage of production using traditional methods. Only the highest quality Red or Yellow beans move past the sorting process to be washed in pure mountain water. The beans are then sun-dried to the perfect moisture level, bagged, and aged for a minimum of 30 days before roasting.
